Mental Health & Creativity

Our morning workshop will centre on the powerful connection between mental health and creativity, with a particular focus on the lived experiences of neurodiverse individuals. Neurodiverse people often face higher rates of anxiety, burnout, and low self-esteem, especially in environments not designed with their needs in mind. This session explores why that happens—and how creativity can be consciously harnessed as a tool for self-regulation, confidence, and overall wellbeing.

We’re proud to be joined by two of London’s most in-demand dyslexic voices: Natalie Brooks, founder of Dyslexia in Adults, and Chris Campbell, social media influencer and leading dyslexia advocate. Through their presentations, they’ll share how to better regulate your feelings and understanding your creative strengths can transform the way you support your mental health.

Financial Wellness & Planning

Our afternoon session shifts the focus to financial planning—an area that can feel especially challenging for neurodiverse individuals when advice isn’t delivered in an accessible or inclusive way. Financial stress is a significant contributor to poor mental health, and this workshop is designed to remove barriers by offering clear, practical guidance in a calm, neurodiverse-friendly setting.

The session will be led by Liam Cloughton DipPFS, Financial Advisor, alongside a private wealth management partner to be announced. Together, they’ll share expert, actionable insights to help you get your finances in order—building confidence, control, and long-term stability without unnecessary complexity.
