If you’re looking to nurture your wellbeing and have fun while doing so, look no further than our upcoming dance event in partnership with DanceWest! It will get you moving, grooving, and feeling great.

Due to a limited number of places we are requesting participants to pay a £5 deposit to guarantee their spot. The £5 deposit can either be refunded or donated towards the charity to help with future events.

Individuals with dyslexia often struggle with confidence so this is the perfect opportunity to boost your self-esteem and let loose! So what are you waiting for? Join us and let’s get our groove on!
DanceWest will be delivering two 30 minute taster classes designed to provide a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment for anyone wanting to express themselves. Afterwards, there will be a chance to relax and network in the onsite cafe.
No previous dance experience necessary although wear or bring loose comfortable clothes.
DanceWest is an award winning charity that has pioneered high-quality dance programmes since 2014 offering a creative response to issues including poor health, socio-economic disadvantage and unequal access to physical activity.
DanceWest mission is to engage people of all ages and abilities in high quality dance activity, improve the mental, physical health and wellbeing of all people through dance. They support the belief that dance enriches lives and is the catalyst for positive change in community.
