The Dyslexia Association of London sponsored a series of cooking classes for individuals with dyslexia back in August! Participants were lucky to embark on a transformative journey towards nourishing both body and soul. With the guidance of expert chefs, participants explored their culinary skills to create delicious, nutrient-dense meals that harmonize with nature’s offerings.

About Concord Institute for Integral Studies

The mandate of the Community Health Foundation is, and has been, to offer educational programmes and services to the community at large that enable people to become more self-reliant in terms of assuming greater responsibility for their health and well-being.
