Are you familiar with the mental imagery techniques that many professional athletes use to improve their performance?

It forms an integral part of their practice routine and supplements (and vastly improves) their physical practice. There is a myriad of studies that prove their effectiveness in mastering a skill. So why doesn’t the education system adopt mental imagery?

Olive Hickmott believes she would have been diagnosed with dyslexia had she been assessed today. She found a way to excel by utilising her natural gifts and now teaches people with dyslexia how to do the same.
